About Me Yoga has given me so much in life — and it continues to unfold new layers every day. I first stepped onto my yoga mat in 1997, and in that moment something profound awakened. I remember saying to myself, “I have a body.” It was as if ancient wisdom returned to my bones, and as a clairvoyant, I could see energy channels opening within my field. That moment marked the beginning of a lifelong spiritual journey. After graduating from UCLA, I entered my first teacher training at YogaWorks in 1999. I went on to become a dedicated yoga teacher and teacher trainer, building a daily practice that carried me through raising three children and beyond. In December 2016, a pivotal moment occurred. Dr. Raven Lee, the mother of one of my yoga students, attended my Saturday class in Pasadena and invited me into a deeper initiation of the Antakarana (rainbow bridge). On December 4, 2016, I was initiated into the Karuna- Kali lineage, and soon after entered a full Shamanic, Tantric, and Tibetan Buddhist training with her, graduating in November 2020. Before beginning the Shamanic path, Dr. Raven encouraged me to receive my Reiki II certification to deepen my understanding of energy and spiritual consciousness. This opened a new dimension for me. I went on to receive my Reiki Master (Shinpiden) certification, as well as Shakti Reiki training — a lineage that honors the Divine Feminine force within all healing work.​

​ My Practice Today Now, I integrate Reiki with my full toolkit of Yoga, Meditation, Hypnosis, Šamanić and Tantric teachings, including:

• Subconscious reprogramming and private sessions

• Light energy transmission and channeled activations

• Cellular trauma clearing and QHHT

• Inner union work with the elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space

I am a certified QHHT hypnotherapist, and have facilitated hundreds of sessions to help clients resolve past life trauma and unlock higher timelines stored in the cellular body. All of my work is woven into the vision of Carolina’s Sacred Awakenings, my living body of mystical teachings and transmissions. I also guide mystical retreats worldwide, offer private energy healing sessions, and continue to learn, practice, and serve as a devoted student of the Infinite. I teach yoga and yoga teacher trainings, as a 500 Experienced Certified Yoga Instructor. I hold Weekly Reiki Meditations 2x a week for a small fee, a membership, I also offer hundreds of free transmissions on my YouTube channel! ​

On this sacred day, I bow in deepest reverence to the radiant souls who have walked beside me on this path of Sacred awakenings — in body and in spirit.

To Telo Tulku Rinpoche, who came first in vision before Mongolia and then appeared in the flesh — a living embodiment of the Dharma. To the beloveds in the unseen realms —Mahavatar Babaji, Sri Yukteswar, Paramahansa Yogananda, the Archangels, my spiritual team of infinite light Thoth and his court of luminous scribes, the Ascended Masters, especially Saint Germain, and Para Devi, Mother of Radiant Force, who appeared with her trident in vision!
